Firstly, you are right, our pricing page is correct, the Bronze plan is absolutely free and doesn’t require a Credit Card to sign up.
Secondly, you are right in thinking that there are many companies who provide Analysis of Reviews (we 100% do that), and many step more into the management off the Reviews by allowing replying to comments, etc. (We don’t do that as you would have to grant access to post whatever the system wanted to). By defining this gives a few benefits:
- We don’t need your login details to get the reviews we analyse (are you sure they are safe with the other companies? What could they post on your behalf?).
- We can analyse both your reviews AND your competitors reviews.
- We pull in other data such as the Release information, the Users Star ratings and mix it all up in an easy to use dashboard.
- Automation of your Key Reporting Areas (KRAs), OKRs, Goals etc. For example Net Promotor Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
