The general theme for April 2024 was allowing people to demo the site and show off what the GOLD plan can offer. This answers our most common query of ‘What do I see when using Review Analytics?’.
- We created a read only demo site that allows people to see how the system works without worrying about creating an account or anything – https://app.review-analytics.com/auth/demo – Give it a try, it shows off what our GOLD plan offers. Note: The demo is live data on the live system – it’s no different to how another user on a GOLD plan would see it other this this is the Read Only account.
- Based on customer feedback, we created a new way to represent the data on the dashboard – per Review Source. If you would like to see this in action please let us know and we’ll send you the link. (Note it’s not finalised yet, but will be available for next month, when we’ll do full new posts about it).
- Plus a range of things you won’t see, including improvements to our Sentiment Scoring system, data collection processes, and Performance boosts.
