Review Source
A ‘Review Source’ is how we refer to a site or web page that displays the reviews that you want to be included in your analysis. This could be from the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, an Amazon Product page or Yelp.
An example from Google Play store is https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adobe.reader
Sites
Currently the sites we support pulling Reviews from are:
- Google Play Store
- Apple App Store
- Amazon Store
- Yelp
Billing and Plans
We use Stripe (https://stripe.com/) for our billing – we never see your credit card information.
To begin with, all new customers are given the Bronze plan.
When you find you need more, you can log in to the app, go to ‘Settings’ and click on ‘Update Plan / Subscription’. Here you can change your plan, and adjust the number of Review Sources you have.
About the data
We only extract information / data that is publicly available and we will hold a link back to the original source of the Review (available from the Reports Page).
We do not need to authenticate to the Site of your Review Source. This means you can’t post from our site, but also that you never have to share your login details with us.
In summary, you can keep an eye on your reviews AND your competitions (we highly recommend using the groups feature to keep them separate).
Bulk Loading Review Sources
If you would like to load 5+ Review Sources you can use our website to load them individually (it’s really quite quick), or you can contact us via the Contact Us page with the Review Sources you would like loaded (NOTE: Your plan must be Silver or above and have enough Review Sources purchased).
We will need the following information for each Review Source: Display Name (What you see), URL to the Source Page (An example from Google Play store is https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adobe.reader).
Show up in Google and AI
If you are not showing up in search results (e.g. Google) then you may need to look at your SEO. However be aware that Search traffic is dropping and you may also need something like SEO for AI so your Content and Products from WordPress and Shopify show up in LLM / AI results.
